Criminologia crítica e princípios éticos do Serviço Social: uma aproximação à sua interlocução / Critical criminology and Social Work ethical principles: an approach to their interlocution

Resumo: Este artigo objetiva trazer a importância da criminologia crítica como subsídio ao trabalho e à formação profissional, apresentando seus fundamentos numa análise marxista, levando em consideração a classe, a raça e o gênero, e sua possível interlocução com os princípios éticos do Serviço Social, vislumbrando uma aproximação maior com essa perspectiva na luta anticapitalista, antirracista, feminista e antipunitivista.

Abstract: This article aims to bring the importance of critical criminology as a subsidy to professional work and professional education, presenting its foundations in a Marxist analysis, taking class, race, and gender into consideration, and its possible interlocution with the ethical principles of Social Work, aiming at a greater approximation with this perspective in the anti-capitalist, anti-racist, feminist, and anti-punitivist fight.

Serviço Social no sociojurídico: requisições conservadoras e resistências na defesa de direitos / The Social Service in the social-juridical: conservative requisitions and resistances in the defense of rights

Resumo: Este texto apresenta reflexões sobre requisições conservadoras para os profissionais do Serviço Social no sociojurídico, particularmente no Judiciário, e sinaliza para possibilidades de resistências. Destaca que essas requisições são múltiplas, complexas e desafiadoras e revelam o avanço da judicialização de expressões da questão social; discorre sobre disposições legislativas recentes que fazem avançar o controle do Estado burguês sobre a população trabalhadora, podendo, dentre suas variadas estratégias, fazer uso do trabalho cotidiano do assistente social.

Abstract: This text presents reflections about conservative requisitions for the professionals of the Social Service in the socio-juridical, particularly in the Judiciary, and points to possibilities of resistances. Highlighting that these requisitions are multiple, complex and challengers, and reveal the progress of the judicialization of expressions of the social issue, it deals with recent legislative provisions which advance the control of the bourgeois State over the working population, and are able, among its various strategies, to make use of the daily work of the social assistant.

O Serviço Social no Judiciário: construções e desafios com base na realidade paulista / The Social Work in the Judiciary: constructions and challenges based on the reality of São Paulo State

Este artigo apresenta algumas construções históricas e importantes desafios colocados ao Serviço Social no Judiciário. Para isso, toma como base o cotidiano profissional no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, particularidades teórico‑metodológicas e éticas que se fazem presentes no exercício profissional nessa área, e movimentos políticos da categoria em direção ao acesso e à garantia de direitos.

This article presents some historical constructions and important challenges for the Social Work in the Judiciary. For so, it is based on the professional daily activity in the Supreme Court of São Paulo State, on the theoretical‑methodological particularities and ethical principles of the professional practice in this area, and on the category's political movements aiming at the access and the guarantee of rights.
